As a specialty care RN with an ambulance company, you will provide critical patient care during medical transport, collaborate with emergency medical teams, document interventions, and maintain equipment. This role offers advanced airway management, emergency interventions, and rapid patient assessment in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide Critical Patient Care During Transport – Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer interventions, manage airways, deliver pain management, and provide compassionate care to critically ill adult and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with Transport Team – Work seamlessly with paramedics, EMTs, and other providers while communicating with physicians, patients, and families throughout transport operations.
• Complete Thorough Electronic Documentation – Document patient assessments, interventions, and medications accurately in ePCR systems, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements.
• Manage and Maintain CCT Equipment – Inspect equipment daily, ensure cleaning and sterilization, report malfunctions, and maintain familiarity with all medical equipment.
• Respond to Emergency Situations – Provide life‑saving interventions in high‑pressure scenarios, adhere to infection control protocols, and deliver culturally sensitive care.

• Current California Registered Nurse license (Required).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (Required).
• Current PALS certification (Required).
• Current ACLS certification (Required).
• At least 2 years of critical care experience within the last 18 months (Required).

Stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Excite to lift up to 150 lb. Work in a vehicle exposed to extreme weather, moving parts, high places, fumes, chemicals, electrical shock, vibration, biohazard, and noise.
