• High School Graduate / GED required
• CNA training and education in an accredited CNA certification program required.
• At least one (1) year of acute care or long‑term experience is preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CA. CNA Lic.) required.
• Basic Life Support Cert (AHA BLS Cert) required.
