Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes;
Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders;
Assess and monitor client's condition and report any changes to the appropriate medical professionals;
Create and maintain a safe and clean environment for clients;
Engage in meaningful activities and companionship with clients to promote their emotional well-being;
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the Care To Stay Home team;
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
