Job Summary
We’re looking for a results‑oriented sales professional to identify and secure new business opportunities in the medical billing space. This field‑based role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers – physicians, clinics, and practices – through on‑site visits, networking events, and direct engagement in the LA area, targeting new clients annually. You’ll leverage your network and sales skills to promote our services, earning a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
Key Responsibilities- Submit clean взыск заявок accurately and on time across commercial and government payers.
- Manage claim rejections, denials, and appeals through resolution.
- Perform insurance eligibility verification and benefit checks as needed.
- Post payments and adjustments, and reconcile EOBs and ERAs.
- Follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims to reduce accounts receivable days.
- Identify recurring denial trends and proactively flag root causes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.

- 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical billing, or B2B services with a focus on in‑person client engagement.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing deals through direct, on‑the‑ground efforts (experience with physician groups or clinics a plus).
- Strong network in the kulay LA healthcare community or ability to build one quickly via field work.
- Excellent communication,odh negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with comfort in face‑to‑face interactions.
- Self‑motivated with a hunter mentality; comfortable working independently with significant travel time.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel locally.
- Hourly Rate: $24 – $30 (commensurate with experience).
- Commission: % on first‑year revenue from new.so clients (uncapped).
