Adjunct Assistant​/Associate Professor of Clinical Occupational Therapy

Overview

The Mrs. T.H. Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California invites applicants for two part-time 12-month faculty positions. The successful candidate will work with the Division's current faculty members to advance the Division's sensory integration continuing education (CE) program. The primary functions of this position will include teaching (CE) courses in sensory integration theory and clinical intervention, within online, hybrid, and/or in-person learning context(s) to domestic and international participants.

Qualifications include an earned terminal degree (O.T.D., or Ph.D.); clinical, research, or teaching experience in sensory integration theory and clinical intervention; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and a current license to practice occupational therapy.

The hourly rate range for this position is $225/hr when extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
