Ensure appropriate CPRA/CCPA employee data rights, audit evidence, and record retention for payroll/time artifacts. Ensure that the company has appropriate disaster recovery protocols in place for manual time capture and payroll continuity steps if UKG/clock network is down.
  • Oversee and collaborate with the other key system analysts to provide support on all integrations between UKG Ready and other applications. Ensure the seamless and accurate flow of data through system integrations, including benefit carriers and iPaas/API flows.
  • Build and maintain data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular system audits and data validation processes and reconciliation. Monitor jobs and remediate errors.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards using UKG Ready's reporting tools and Advanced Excel with consultation from the HRIS Manager and Accounting Director. Enable self‑service queries for leaders and coach business users on report usage and interpretation. Build and maintain the report catalog, dashboards, and scheduled distributions using UKG reporting tools.
  • Lead UKG Ready‑related projects, such as new module implementations, system upgrades, and migrations. Track UKG releases; assess impact; plan regression testing and cutovers. Prioritize enhancements, plan releases, and chair a cross‑functional change advisory for HR/Payroll items.
  • Serve as first‑line support for users and log technical issues with UKG support.
  • Provide Tier‑2 end‑user support for UKG Ready, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to time/accruals, payroll, benefits (including Open Enrollment), core HR, recruiting, and system functionality.
  • Partner with the Learning and Development Manager to create and deliver training materials for new and existing users.
  • Manage and escalation complex issues to senior support staff or UKG as needed.
  • Ensure that system configurations and payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
  • Document system processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and configuration details.
  • Research, recommend and implement approved process improvements and system add‑ons and/or modules to increase efficiency and enhance the user experience.
