Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will support our strategic HR initiatives, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong teams and fostering a positive company culture, with a deep understanding of HR best practices in the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement:
- Oversee the recruitment process for a wide range of roles, including technical, sales, and administrative positions across our global offices.
- Work closely with leadership to define talent needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with business objectives.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, team‑building activities, and wellness programs.
Compliance & Regulatory Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all locations, including California, Nevada, Philippines, and Armenia.
- Partner with the legal team to stay updated on HR‑related regulations and employment law changes (e.g., CA wage & hour laws, SOC2 compliance).
- Support with audits and reporting for HRIS, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, PTO/DTO policies, and employee health and wellness plans.
- Work with external consultants to align compensation structures with market trends and industry standards.
- Oversee benefits enrollment and provide employees with support for any benefits‑related queries.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance on conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving employee concerns and promoting open communication.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for conflict resolution to ensure alignment with BluIP’s values.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Create training materials and programs to enhance employee awareness of company policies and ensure adherence to internal guidelines.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Maintain HR data and reporting systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee performance, compensation, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on key HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and diversity.
- Analyze trends and make recommendations to improve employee retention, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in a managerial or senior HR role.
Experience in telecom, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus. - Certifications: SHRM‑CP or PHR certification preferred.
