Seeking a Senior Product Designer who is a strong creative problem solver and collaborative partner. This role owns end-to-end design for enterprise web and application experiences, working across new initiatives and optimization of existing platforms. The ideal designer brings strong craft, user-centered thinking, and the ability to influence design direction while working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• 7+ years of experience in product, UX, or digital design
• Proven experience designing enterprise applications and/or complex web platforms
• Strong background in user research and usability testing
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution
• Ability to drive design strategy and provide guidance to other designers
• Portfolio required
  , including case studies that clearly demonstrate problem definition, design process, decision-making, and outcomes

• Define and design enterprise web and application experiences from concept through delivery
• Lead design for complex user flows and large-scale platforms
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions
• Produce sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools
• Present and defend design decisions with clarity and confidence
• Set a high bar for design quality and act as a role model for other designers
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and design language

• Exposure to accessibility, performance, or design at scale

This role contributes directly to a high-visibility self-service experience used to support users across critical digital workflows, focusing on clarity, usability, and scalable design solutions.
