Senior Full Stack Engineer – Founding Team

Join a rapidly growing, founder‑led SaaS startup focused on transforming the field services and restoration industry. This early‑stage organization is building a business development platform designed to streamline operations and accelerate revenue growth for service‑based companies. As a founding engineering hire, you’ll shape the product from day one, influence the technology strategy, and help scale a platform with strong early traction and clear market demand.

This is an onsite role with high visibility and a direct line to leadership.

• Act as the first in‑house engineer and a core member of the founding team
• Build, scale, and refine the company’s MVP across web and mobile SaaS environments
• Partner closely with the founder to translate product vision into technical execution
• Collaborate with and guide an established offshore engineering team
• Lead architecture, design, coding standards, and infrastructure decisions
• Introduce engineering best practices, frameworks, and long‑term scalability strategies
• Participate in technical brainstorming sessions, including future AI feature exploration
• Provide leadership, structure, and clarity to the company’s engineering direction

• 6+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript/Type Script stacks (Node.js, React, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead and scale products from zero to one
• Experience working with or managing distributed/offshore development teams
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast‑paced startup environments
• Ability to work onsite in the Los Angeles area

• Exposure to or hands‑on experience with AI or LLM‑driven features
• Background in field services, operations technology, or SaaS platforms
• Experience as a founding engineer or early technical hire
• Familiarity with Armenian culture or language (not required but appreciated)
