About the role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Sr Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This person will lead the design of complex digital experiences, delivering intuitive, visually compelling, and brand-aligned solutions. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on designer who can translate user needs and business goals into scalable, user-centered designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define user flows, interaction patterns, and design standards while driving consistency, innovation, and usability across all digital touchpoints.
Whatyou'll do
- Lead the design of intuitive and engaging web and mobile experiences from concept through final execution.
- Mentor and guide junior designers by providing feedback, direction, and support to elevate overall design quality.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams on complex digital initiatives to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Present design concepts and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
- Five or more years of professional UX and UI design experience across web and mobile platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced UX and UI projects, problem solving skills, and the ability to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of layout, typography, color, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, with the ability to adapt to new tools as needed.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform design decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, including working closely with cross functional teams.

The pay range for this role is:
100, USD per year (Glendale, California)
