Worker Compensation Claims Adjuster - We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to assist our team in Rocklin, with team presence in Glendale, CA. The role supports a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to high-quality claim handling and adherence to company standards and regulations.

Team context:
You will work within a team of 7, including 5 Claims Adjusters and 2 Claims staff, to ensure exceptional claim handling and regulatory compliance.

• Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and feedback to team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with relevant statutes and company guidelines.
• Address personnel issues promptly and decisively, keeping management informed of corrective action.
