Job Announcement
A reputable, fast-growing law firm practicing labor and employment law is seeking to fill several entry-level full-time positions at its Glendale headquarters.
Job Title(s): Bilingual Documents Specialist / Bilingual Case Manager (Spanish)
Location: Glendale, CA (on-site)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Starting Pay: $22.00 to $24.00/hour (depending on the position)
Experience/Training: No prior experience required; training provided.
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, paid vacation, holidays, 401K after 90 days, among others.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and companies via phone, email, text in Spanish and English
- Review and organize documents
- Summarize phone notes
- Perform other duties as needed
Skills Required: Excellent bilingual communication skills, phone etiquette, note-taking, professionalism, attention to detail, honesty, dependability, ability to follow instructions, computer skills, multitasking.
Preferred Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Apple OS.
Language Fluency: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written).
