Interim Discovery Attorney

Overview: Our client is seeking a full-time Interim Discovery Attorney.

Experience: Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Location: Hybrid – Glendale, CA

This position will support ERISA collection litigation cases in federal court, from initiation to late-stage discovery and motions for summary judgment. This attorney will:

• Draft and respond to discovery, including drafting discovery motions, statements of uncontroverted facts, and declarations in support of motions for summary judgment
• Draft Rule 26 disclosures
• Cite checking and proofreading

• JD; admitted and in good standing in California
• 5+ years of relevant experience with federal litigation and discovery, including substantive experience with drafting complaints and discovery motions
• Comfortable handling a caseload of multiple cases at various stages of litigation, from pre-litigation to summary judgment
• Proficiency with Excel

Pay Range: $100/hour
