$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Our law firm needs an experienced Case Manager to serve as the liaison between medical providers and the clients. As the assigned Case Manager, we are looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once.

• Handling all types of pre-litigation cases included auto VS. auto, dog bite, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
• Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers and managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.M.V. documents, requesting medical records and bills, and confirming medical balances.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.
• Assisting clients with their property damage claims
• Monitor and maintain client treatment portfolio.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
