- 5-10 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong background in discovery, oral advocacy, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions.
- Experience in defense work is a plus.
- Prior involvement in class actions, complex litigation, or wage and hour litigation is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
