On‑site in Glendale, CA. You’ll work from a centrally located Los Angeles‑area office, easily commutable from Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Alhambra, and nearby communities.

You must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar, have at least 1 year of personal injury litigation experience, and be able to work on‑site full‑time in Glendale with some travel throughout California for hearings, depositions, and case needs.

• Handle all phases of personal injury cases, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, law and motion, mediation, and trial preparation
• Draft and prepare complaints, motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations and settlement conferences as opportunities arise
• Develop and execute legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost‑effectively for clients
• Communicate regularly with clients, experts, co‑counsel, and opposing counsel to move cases forward
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, mediations, and trial
• Collaborate with a team of case managers, paralegals, and support staff to keep cases organized and on track
• Bring a team‑oriented, solutions‑focused attitude to the PI litigation group and broader office

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• At least 13+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff‑side strongly preferred)
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and handling personal injury cases through litigation phases
• Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with confidence in court and at depositions (or a clear desire to build those skills)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage a busy caseload, meet strict deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel within California as needed for hearings, depos, and case matters
