Duties:
-Acting as the litigation liaison between the principal attorney and defense counsel

- Drafting pleadings, motions, oppositions, briefs, CMC statements, Notices of Settlement, etc.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
- Prepare and review legal documents and agreements
- Client intakes for both personal injury and employment law
- Court calendaring and docketing (including discovery and law and motion deadlines)
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Interviewing clients and witnesses

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
