- Coaching technical-oriented supervisors to become customer, service, and result-oriented line supervisors.
- Handling personnel selection, training, and continuous qualification.
- Managing complaints and supervising customer satisfaction.
- Creating business plans, including budget planning and control for the individual service area.

As our Service Operations Manager
, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working collaboratively with your customers and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture focused on achieving safety and quality goals, customer satisfaction, and profitable business results.
You will bring 5+ years of relevant maintenance expertise and supervisory experience, ideally leading a union‑represented workforce, together with an appetite for learning in this exciting field. A related associate’s degree or additional years of experience will be an advantage.

The hiring range for this role is $153,600 – $211,000. Compensation will depend on meeting the role’s requirements and factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
