Senior Project Manager

Front Porch Communities and Services is hiring!

Pay Range: $ to $ annually (Full Time, Remote, Monday - Friday)

Summary

This position is responsible for directing all aspects of planning and management processes for all project types, from expanding and remodeling existing facilities to conceptualizing, constructing, and overseeing all aspects of new environments for Front Porch, ensuring effective technical management and successful project delivery.

Essential Functions
  • Manage complex project planning, tracking, scope management, contracts and procurement, environmental health and safety (EH&S), quality assurance, engineering, construction, and other project control activities across cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor the work of design teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Oversee and maintain comprehensive construction plans and current project status records.
  • Continually monitor project performance to confirm progress is consistent with schedules and that work is performed in conformance with contract documents.
  • Identify and assess project risks and bring together the appropriate stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies and resolve issues.
  • Exercise authority to select designers, contractors, and other project vendors.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Essential
  • Education or equivalent qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field, or an Associate’s degree/two years of college plus two years of related work experience, or four years of related work experience.
  • Work experience:

    14+ years leading large capital projects in a private, public or government sector environment.
Preferred
  • Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • 7+ years managing construction projects in a Senior Living environment.
