• Lead creator and brand partnerships for Tik Tok Shop affiliate campaigns.
• Negotiate & close influencer campaign partnerships with global brands.
• Scout, recruit, and manage emerging Tik Tok affiliates with high growth potential to expand Influu’s creator roster.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with brands, creators, platforms, and agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and launch creative campaigns, using performance analytics to optimize ROI.
• Lead the creator success team: set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure high-impact delivery.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable growth in Tik Tok Shop GMV and conversions.
• In‑depth understanding of Tik Tok Shop’s influencer and affiliate ecosystem.

• 2+ years of experience on the agency, brand, or platform side in Tik Tok Shop or affiliate/influencer marketing.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fast learner with strong ownership mindset and ability to drive results independently.
