As a Tik Tok Shop Account Manager & Brand Strategist
, you will serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, owning the full lifecycle of campaign execution—from strategy to performance analysis. You’ll collaborate with internal teams across live streams, creatives, and affiliates to drive GMV growth and ensure every client receives top-tier service and ROI.
- Manage and grow multiple Tik Tok Shop brand accounts with a focus on GMV, margin, and retention.
- Own day-to-day client communication, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.
- Build and implement Tik Tok Shop strategies across live streams, affiliate marketing, ads, and creator content.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights on GMV, ROAS, and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal operators, hosts, and moderators to ensure livestream excellence.
- Oversee affiliate activations, optimizing commission tiers and identifying high-performing creators.
- Anticipate client needs, solve problems proactively, and identify new growth opportunities.
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, e-commerce, influencer marketing, or performance marketing (Tik Tok Shop experience strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of Tik Tok Shop and creator/affiliate ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using GMV, ROAS, CPM, CTR, and other key metrics.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong executional follow-through.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and passion for social commerce and creator-led marketing.
- Work directly with global leading Tik Tok Shop brands and creators.
