About the Role:As an LVN Treatment Nurse, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our patients, including elderly, dementia, and post-acute patients. Your expertise and attention to detail will help identify, manage, and treat specific skin disorders and primary/secondary lesions, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes. You will also work with our nursing team to educate CNAs on proper positioning, training, and skin care, as well as collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and revise treatment plans.
Responsibilities:Deliver quality nursing care to patients, prioritizing their safety, customer service, quality outcomes, and overall satisfaction
Identify, manage, and treat specific skin disorders and primary/secondary lesions
Work with the nursing team to educate CNAs on proper positioning, training, and skin care
Evaluate patients' needs through ongoing assessment and revise treatment plans through coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team (IDT)
Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
Exhibit dependable, regular attendance and concentrate on using reasoning skills and good judgment
Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
