• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, providing guidance as needed.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered outcomes.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily clinical practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment.

• Active Registered Nurse license (California) or eligibility consistent with assignment location.
• Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts) and meet travel assignment requirements.
• Completion of credentialing and onboarding processes as part of the travel assignment.
• Education consistent with RN practice (graduation from an accredited nursing program).

• Credentialing and onboarding assistance to facilitate licensure and required certifications
• Dedicated travel recruiter and assignment support throughout the engagement
• Ongoing clinical and scheduling support during the assignment
• Access to assignment-related resources and guidance to help with onboarding and credentialing
