American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU Float RN for a night shift position requiring a CA RN license and Epic experience.

• Float Pool position within the ICU department of a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM, 36-48 hrs/wk
• Epic EMR experience required

• Active CA RN license required
• BLS certification from an approved vendor required
• BSN preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred
• Minimum three years of ICU experience required
• No prior license disciplinary actions permitted

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervises and directs the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, healing, and humane care
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Facility has received Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as travelers
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will not be considered
