• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines; use critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
• Participate in operating room services, including intraoperative patient care as described for this department.
• May include perfusion services and other operating room support functions.
• Note:
  
  This role does not include PACU, anesthesia functions, pre-op holding, or central sterile functions.
• Document care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the United States;
  California licensure or eligibility to practice in California as a travel RN is expected.
• Outpatient or perioperative nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts; flexible to meet department needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to supervise and coordinate across disciplines.
