In this opportunity, you will collaborate closely with both commercial and residential professionals to manage active opportunities across multiple asset types. You will learn how to evaluate commercial properties, communicate with owners and investors, and support higher-value transactions while gaining hands-on exposure to the systems and processes that drive success in commercial real estate.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

• Lead follow-up
• Commercial lead generation

• Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals
• Set and execute appointments
• Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
• Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
• Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
• Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations

• A real estate license is required
• Good communication
