The restaurant accomplishes all the traditions expected from a steakhouse, offering the finest cuts of premium beef and seafood complimented by a cutting‑edge wine and spirits program, and using local farmers and purveyors to highlight the regions finest ingredients.

Our Ideal candidate is:

A motivated beverage professional who is organized, passionate, and professional. You will be a leading part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, and expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well as part of a team, work well under pressure, and have experience in inventory management and beverage costing.

You have a strong desire to learn and take a leading role in staff education and development.

What you bring to the table:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant
• Exceptional communication skills
• Expansive food and beverage knowledge
• Experience in recipe development, inventory management, and staff education
• Experience in promotions and social media marketing is a plus
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
• At least 21 years of age
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time

Pay Range - $47-83/hr ($17-18/hr. + $40-65/hr in Tips)
