Job Description

We are looking for an accountable Cashier to process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

Duties and responsibilities of the cashier will include greeting customers when entering or leaving our establishment, maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area and keeping reports of cash and credit transactions.

• Customer Service/Interactions (Greeting guests, voice projection, smiling)
• Cash Handling
• Production of:
  Crunches, bags, To-Go utensils
• Maintaining cleanliness of restaurant with emphasis on FOH
• Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies
• Stocking Grab & Go items in FOH
• Ensures all pick up/delivery orders are correct & ready for pick up
• Ensures all Grab & Go items are stocked neatly accordingly to FIFO
• Maintains full understanding of menu & pricing
• Efficiently prioritizes between walk ins, phone orders, & tablet orders
