Seasonal Team Members represent Tiffany & Co. through welcoming, memorable client interactions during the holiday season. They support sales, hospitality, and store operations while helping deliver a personalized luxury experience.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist clients, provide hospitality, and support personalized experiences.
- Assist with engraving, floor waiting lists, and communication about potential service issues.
- Keep hospitality areas, sales floors, POS stations, and gifting supplies orderly and stocked.
- Support sales and operations teams with purchases, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience, such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with diverse clients, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
