Summary
Deliver an engaging in-store and online customer experience by providing gracious service, fashion guidance, product knowledge, and personalized styling. Build lasting client relationships and support sales through conversation and technology.
Responsibilities- Create seamless, enjoyable in-store and online shopping experiences while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including fulfillment, floor and fitting room upkeep, and maintaining merchandise standards.
- Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use register and handheld technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
