Summary
Guide and inspire customers through personalized styling and gracious service. Build long-term client relationships in store and online while delivering a welcoming, engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Create an appointment-based client experience and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive in-store and online sales using technology and product knowledge.
- Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout the shopping experience.
- Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and store upkeep requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
