Deliver a welcoming and engaging fine jewelry shopping experience in-store and online. Use product knowledge, styling talent, and gracious service to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales.
Responsibilities- Create seamless, enjoyable shopping experiences and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using available technology.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, and other operational requirements.
- Maintain secure showcases and merchandise while following asset protection standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
