Overview

Glendale Nissan is currently looking for a Business Development and Telemarketing Agent to join our team. This is an immediate opening with opportunities to grow in sales, marketing, and customer service within a family‑owned automotive group that emphasizes growth, integrity, and teamwork.

Employment type:

Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.

• Document client information into the computer and manage in-bound and out-bound calls.
• Schedule and confirm qualified appointments and book appointments as needed.
• Connect with customers, build rapport, and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High energy, positive, and outgoing professional with strong verbal communication skills and work ethics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect with customers and coworkers empathetically and logically.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to qualified candidates.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to provide references upon request.
• Minimum 45 WPM typing speed; multi-lingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong follow-up skills; high integrity; team player in a diverse work environment.

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
