Job Summary:

As a Salesperson at Glendale Nissan, you will be responsible for driving sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet those needs. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our brand in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential customers, generating new leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective negotiation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs outlined by the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the management team and manufacturer to stay informed about new product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive/retail sales.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
