As a Sales Consultant, you'll conduct in-home consultations, providing homeowners with personalized estimates, tailored sales solutions, and innovative design options for their flooring projects. Your ability to build rapport and create a superior homeowner experience is key to your success.

This is a commission-based role where top-performing Sales Consultants earn an average of $125,000 to $150,000 in their first year, with the potential to exceed $250,000! Enjoy the freedom of being rewarded for your results, not just the hours you work.

• Conduct in-home estimates and measurements.
• Close sales effectively while collaborating with the Express Flooring team.
• Utilize provided flooring samples to assist clients in their decision-making process.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs. and perform tasks such as climbing stairs.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
