Summary
The Fine Jewelry Sales Associate creates welcoming, personalized shopping experiences for customers in store and online. The role builds lasting client relationships, drives sales, and supports operational and asset protection standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate customer relationships while delivering a seamless shopping experience.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology and product knowledge.
- Support merchandising, store operations, and fulfillment requirements.
- Follow asset protection standards and keep showcases and merchandise secure.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
