Summary
The Sales Associate guides and inspires customers, delivering a welcoming and engaging shopping experience in-store and online. The role builds lasting customer relationships through gracious service, fashion knowledge, and personalized styling.
Responsibilities- Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online customer experiences.
- Build and cultivate customer relationships while driving sales and supporting loyalty programs.
- Use technology to support selling and customer service.
- Participate in merchandising and store operations, including fulfillment, floor standards, and fitting room upkeep.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
