About the Position
Denver Metro Oral Surgery, Glendale, CO is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage all administrative and front‑office duties, ensuring an exceptional experience for patients and visitors.
Responsibilities- Welcome patients to the office.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Answer, redirect, or record incoming calls.
- Check, sort, and forward emails.
- Keep records and files updated.
- Maintain a tidy, presentable front desk with necessary supplies.
- Assist with and coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. No weekends.
Qualifications- Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- High school diploma.
- Desire to help patients.
