• Support community operations – Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests and complaints, and keep the office and community areas looking professional.
• Stay compliant – Follow Fair Housing, state, and federal laws while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment – Follow safety protocols and report any hazards to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work both in an office setting and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexible work schedule, ability to work weekends.

• 401(k):
  Bridge Investment Group matches contributions dollar‑for‑dollar, up to 6% of pay. Contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. (Employee must be at least 21 years old and have worked for the company for at least 60 days.)
• Paid time off: accrue 5.23 hours per pay period, totaling 17 days per year.
• 11 paid holidays per year.
• Parental leave: after 6 months eligible for 4 weeks of paid leave as primary caregiver, or 2 weeks as secondary. After 2 years eligible for 12 weeks as primary caregiver.
• Tuition reimbursement: up to $5,000 per year pre‑approved tuition expenses reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
