Job DescriptionOur client in the Glendale, Colorado area is looking for a Security Engineer to join their team on a direct hire basis. This person will be responsible for all security programs, including policy development, auditing, ensuring that all standards are followed and provide technical security recommendations, etc. This is a technical position that will involve communication with other departments as well as training.
Develop standards, procedures and policies as needed and ensure that all certifications are kept up to date internally and with vendors.

Required Skills:
- Security Control Management (defining policies, etc.).
- Familiar with a regulated environment and audits (SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, etc).
- Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS platforms, DLP devices, e-mail/web filtering solutions.
- Solid networking and systems experience.
Desired Skills:
- Security class certifications.
- CISSP.
- Masters Degree.
