Construction Project Support
Location: Glendale WI
Key Responsibilities- Review construction drawings and specifications for project setup
- Assist with creating submittals and shop drawings using Bluebeam Revu
- Support estimators and sales reps with bid documents takeoffs and client communication
- Help manage paperwork for general contractor projects including permits and contracts
- Organize and maintain digital project folders and plan sets
- Contribute to plan drafting for sports/recreational spaces like tennis and pickleball courts
- Education or experience in construction technology

AutoCAD or similar CAD/drawing software - Comfortable reading and interpreting plans specs and contract documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Excel Word)
- Ability to work full-time in-office in Glendale WI
