• Help patients achieve their best oral health while building trusting relationships.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and front‑office team members to create a positive experience for everyone.
• Intuitively understand the daily needs of the practice and take the initiative to meet them.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• An active state dental license and DEA certificate.
• Preferred 1+ year experience.
• Alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
• A glowing personality, a welcoming smile, and a positive attitude.

• Compensation:
  Top‑quartile earnings potential:
  • Associates: $200k‑$300k+
  • Owners: $300k+
  • $40,000 signing bonus.
  • Guaranteed base salary with bonuses based on collections.
