In This Role, You Will empower students to discover their potential and pursue excellence—academically, personally, and spiritually—through high-quality teaching and authentic care. The Fellow will have meaningful opportunities to grow professionally and be well-prepared to transition into a lead teacher role within two years. Working closely with school-level administrators, the Fellow Teacher will help develop, plan, and prepare lessons in collaboration with lead teachers.

In the classroom, the Fellow Teacher will partner with lead teachers to teach, re-teach, facilitate small-group instruction, and provide additional support across a variety of learning environments. The Fellow Teacher will also serve as the school’s primary substitute, providing coverage for daily teacher absences and, when needed, supporting longer-term staff leaves. Fellows may work across multiple academic subjects depending on the needs of the school and the Fellow’s individual strengths and skillset.

• Be prepared each day to serve primarily as a classroom substitute teacher, stepping into classrooms to provide seamless coverage whenever lead teachers or instructional assistants are absent.
