• Plan, prepare, and deliver high‑quality instruction in reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and other subjects as assigned.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs, including small‑group and individual support.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress; use assessment data to inform instruction.
• Possess a general understanding of academic standards and utilize student assessment data to inform instruction and support improved learning outcomes.
