In This Role, You Will empower students to discover their potential and pursue excellence—academically, personally, and spiritually—through high-quality teaching and authentic care. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional collaborator and team player, have a deep understanding of all content areas, and an ability to connect with and inspire students. We are particularly interested in educators passionate about working in urban education as a part of a high-performing, driven staff.

Ideal candidates will also be well versed in strategies to promote metacognitive engagement and be willing to go the extra mile for students. Candidates should be organized, detail oriented, and show expertise in developing lesson plans.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality instruction in reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and other subjects as assigned.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including small-group and individual support.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress; use assessment data to inform instruction.
• Possess a general understanding of academic standards and utilize student assessment data to inform instruction and support improved learning outcomes.

• Integrate character education and/or faith-based values into daily lessons.
