  Experience:
  
  At least one year of retail experience, ideally with sales‑driving responsibility.
• Ready to Hustle: Organized, self‑motivated and always looking to level up.

• Conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers.
• Operate a POS system efficiently.
• High school completion and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lb) and reach/recycle merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid grasp of mathematics for inventory, sales and cash handling.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation and passion for fashion.

Compensation Range: $16.20 – $17.70
