We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at the Gabert Clinic. This turn-key practice opportunity has an established patient base, offering a broad scope of practice across all ages. During your four and a half (4.5) day work week, you ll collaborate with advanced practice providers and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary care environment.

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct physical exams, office procedures, and diagnostic testing within scope
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
• Participate in newborn care and attend deliveries as requested
• Rotate call coverage for pediatric and newborn care and discharge
• Serve as a resource for clinical decision-making and policy development
• Collaborate with staff to identify and meet patient needs
• Participate in healthcare committees and professional development activities
• May serve as supervising or consulting physician for Physician Assistants or other providers

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Current Montana medical license (or eligibility)
• NRP Certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
