The role offers design-your-own-schedule options (10 shifts/month or 3–5 days/week), fewer than 80 deliveries per year, and generous pay up to $325,000 base for part-time plus loan repayment, sign-on bonus, relocation, and six months of free housing, plus comprehensive benefits.
