Provide individualized physical therapy services including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
At least 1 year of physical therapy experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
