The Glendive Ranger-Review is seeking a general assignment reporter to cover its print edition, digital platforms, and social media channels.
The primary focus will be reporting on various news beats in Glendive and Terry, Montana, along with surrounding communities, and contributing to enterprise stories across eastern Montana.
This position reports to the editor of the Glendive newspaper.
Essential Skills and Experience- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with digital platforms and social media strategy.
- Community engagement experience—both in person and online—acting as a professional ambassador for the news organization.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Photography skills preferred.
